Welcome to the Ataxia South Downs Website...

This website is designed to be a way for south downs members, friends or anyone who is interested in the South Downs Branch of Ataxia UK to keep up to date with current happenings. 

South Downs have meetings bi-monthly, usually on the first Thursday of the month.  The venue is in Climping and is fully accessible.  The formal part of the meetings last about 30 minutes then the rest of the time we socialise with a cup of tea and bit of cake! New members are most welcome, and membership is free.  If you are interested contact me for further information. 

The site will keep on growing over time. I would really appreciate peoples input and views on the site, so I can continue to make it grow.

On this site there is a new news page which is for current events and information about all the happenings in the South Downs Branch and some write ups.
Every quarter, roughly, I will put the ‘new news’ page into a newsletter and it will be archived as a PDF in the old news section, where it can be downloaded.

Also a what is Ataxia? page and a page on Ataxia UK, which is the leading UK charity for people with ataxia, their families and carers.
A links page is included for useful Ataxia related websites.
